Does Filmatura ship worldwide?

Yes, we’re proud to serve filmmakers around the globe. However, some regions may have additional customs duties or fees. We recommend checking your local regulations or contacting us for details.

What are the typical shipping times for domestic and international orders?

Our standard processing time is usually 1–7 business days. Domestic shipping often takes an additional 2–5 business days, while international deliveries can vary depending on customs and location. You can get an estimate of shipping time to Your adress in the checkout / cart.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. As long as the accessory is in its original condition and packaging, you can return or exchange it. Some exceptions may apply for limited-edition or promotional items—please review our detailed Return Policy for specifics.

Can I adjust or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

My package arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, follow these steps:

  2. If you’ve already accepted the package, take clear photos of the damage (or note the missing item).
  3. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
