Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or upcoming product.
We may collect either full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. If a deposit is collected, your payment method will be securely stored, and the remaining balance will be charged when the item is ready to ship.

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.
Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund in line with our [Returns Policy].
